It might have been a rather dull match (except for the first 30 minutes) at Old Trafford on Monday, but both Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea and Chelsea shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois made crucial saves to ensure the game finished goalless.
While Manchester United played with a lot of urgency in front of their home fans, the Blues decided to sit back and absorb the pressure.
However, Guus Hiddink’s side did launch themselves on the counter, leaving Manchester United vulnerable and heavily reliant on the heroics of De Gea.
