[Video] Aubameyang Breaks Bundesliga Record By Scoring In First Seven League Games

. While Borussia Dortmund failed to overcome newly promoted side Darmstadt, Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang broke a Bundesliga record as he netted a brace during the game.

Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund had a dream start to the season winning 11 successive matches under new manager Thomas Tuchel, however, the Westfalenstadion outfit have struggled in their last two games with both ending in a draw.

Dortmund hosted newly promoted side Darmstadt at the Signal Iduna Park and were held to a 2-2 draw, but on-fire striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored a brace and broke the German top flight record by finding the back of the net in the first seven league games of the season.

A last gasp equalizer by Aytac Sulu denied Borussia Dortmund all the three points as they now sit four points behind league leaders Bayern Munich, who have won all of their opening seven games. The Gabonese has scored in nine consecutive Bundesliga games, beginning from the last two games of of last season.
