Just as it looked like Chelsea FC were turning the corner from their horrendous start to the season, the Blues suffered an embarrassing 1-0 defeat at the hands of newly promoted side AFC Bournemouth.
Jose Mourinho again started with Belgian star Eden Hazard up front, and with Spain international striker Diego Costa on the bench, looking for more fluidity from his top-four.
However it did not seem to have worked, as Chelsea FC failed to get enough players into the box to take the chances that they created. Even Costa, who came on at half time could not help. Eventually, it was Glenn Murray, who scored the winning goal for Bournemouth, as Chelsea FC succumbed to yet another defeat.
There is always chaos on Twitter, when Chelsea FC loses a match, and that was exactly the case on Saturday night. Bournemouth chairman Jeff Mostyn tweeted,
Does it ever get better than this @afcbournemouth amazing 1-0 victory @Chelsea so proud of the lads and our supporters #oncloud9

Why do I love football? Chelsea’s starting 11 cost A?237m while AFCB’s cost A?1.7m. David vs Goliath. You won’t see this in any other sport.

Chelsea basically need two points a game from here just to hit 60, never mind anything resembling a top four place. a Andrew Beasley (@BassTunedToRed) December 5, 2015
Imagine if Ranieri’s Leicester ends Jose’s Chelsea career. What a moment.
