Tottenham Hotspur fell to a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday.
Mauricio Pochettino feels disappointed with the result against Chelsea in the Capital One Cup final, but also maintained that he feels proud of his players and their performance.

Chelsea won the game via a goal each from John Terry and Diego Costa. Terry opened the scoring in the 45th minute when he converted from close range after Tottenham failed to clear Williana s free-kick. The second goal for Chelsea came in the 56th minute as Diego Costaa s shot found the back of the net after being deflected by Kyle Walker, making Hugo Lloris helpless.
In the first half, Tottenham were doing a good job and also came close to breaking the deadlock through a Christian Eriksen strike, which unfortunately landed on the cross-bar. However, Chelsea had the upper hand in the second half and won the game quite convincingly.
Mauricio Pochettino also talked about how the young side of Tottenham needed to live through the defeat, in order to gain more experience and make sure not to repeat history in the next final.

The win means that Chelsea have won the first major honour of the season that was up for grabs for the English Premier League sides. Now Jose Mourinho will turn his focus to maintaining his position at the top of the Premier League and get through to the next round in the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Tottenham now only have to work in the Premier League and attempt to seal a top four finish.
