According to reports, PSG have already outbid Chelsea in the hunt for Palermoa s star striker Paulo Dybala as the agent sets a minimum transfer fee of a 50 million. Along with these two clubs, Arsenal and Manchester United are also expected to bid for the Argentine international.

Paulo Dybala is having a brilliant season with Palermo and has already scored 13 goals while providing 10 assists. The Argentine international is the subject of several transfer rumours with clubs like Chelsea, PSG and Arsenal reportedly interested in acquiring his services.

The strikera s agent, Gustavo Mascardi, has meanwhile confirmed that both PSG and Chelsea have placed their initial bids for the striker, with the Paris outfit outbidding Jose Mourinhoa s negotiators. The agent however believes that the striker will have plenty of other options to chose from while setting a minimum transfer fee target of a 50 million.

“Paris St Germain have already come forward with an offer of about A?32.4m and Chelsea had already reached A?28.8m. Wea re now at the stage where the price cannot be lower than a 50m [A?36m]. Paulo is in no hurry and will take his decision calmly.”

Along with PSG and Chelsea, Arsenal are also reportedly interested in signing the young striker with Manchester United also expected to follow the lead. Palermo Vice-President has confirmed that the club will likely part with Dybala with the club keen to cash in on his sale. It will be interesting to see where the striker eventually lands up this summer but it is safe to say that a starting position in the team and the prospect of playing in the Champions League will figure highly on his list.
