Manchester City will come back with an offer closer to Liverpool FC’s valuation of Raheem Sterling and their other targets after Uefa removed its restrictions on transfers and wages imposed as part of its Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules.

The Raheem Sterling saga is finally coming to a close as per reports in the the Times, with Manchester City set to beat Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea FC, andArsenal FC to the Liverpool FC winger.

Manchester City had two previous bids of 30 million and 40 million GBP rejected. They are now expected to comeback with an offer closer to the 50 million GBP valuation of Liverpool FC as Uefa lifted their restrictions on transfers and wages imposed on the club as part of its Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules as per the Times

.

Real Madrid, Chelsea FC, Arsenal FC, and Liverpool FCa s hated rivals Manchester United were all interested in the player who scored 7 goals and recorded 8 assists in the 2014-15 Premier League season. But, they were put off by Liverpool FCa s 50 million GBP valuation of the player.

The Liverpool FC winger had two years remaining to his contract and his value is set to dwindle in the coming twelve months.

The player had made clear his desire to leave the Merseyside giants in recent months citing the reason to join a more competitive team which can help him win trophies regularly.

Manchester City are also confident of signing Wolfsburg, who could cost around 35 million GBP, despite Wolfsburg offering the former Chelsea FC man a new contract.

De Bruyne, 23, has been in sensational form for Wolfsburg following his a 20 million move from Chelsea FC and is being pursued by a host of European Clubs, most notably, Manchester City, who are looking to sign de Bruyne to revamp their midfield following a disappointing season.

Kevin De Bruyne, who was also named as Bundesliga player of the year defeating the likes of Manuel Neuer and Arjen Robben to the title, played more accurate through balls than any other player in the Bundesliga and at 111 chance created, was ahead of Eden Hazard of Chelsea FC as the second best across the top 5 Leagues in Europe.

If Manchester City do manager to sign, both, Liverpool FC winger Raheem Sterling and Kevin de Bruyne from Wolfsburg, they certainly will have an incredibly creative and goal scoring midfield to challenge Chelsea FC for the league title.
