Both, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger have cried foul over Manchester City’s 25million pound Wilfried Bony signing, and believe that rules were bent for Manchester City. The Sky Blues, completed a whopping A?25m transfer of Bony, from Swansea City this week. Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, blatantly fired on Man City’s new recruit and said that rules are being bent for Man City.
