Hazard reiterates he has no problems with Mourinho, admits Chelsea FC may not win trophies this season

Belgian superstar Eden Hazard has, like Chelsea FC, been recovering gradually from the early-season nightmare, and has reiterated that he has no problems with manager Jos Mourinho

In news that will delight concerned Chelsea FC fans, star player Eden Hazard has insisted that he has no problems with Mourinho, and that he aims to win many more trophies with the Portuguese at Stamford Bridge.

However, the Belgian admits that doing so will be difficult this season with the start the Blues have made, leaving them 14 points off the Premier League summit. Chelsea FC were also knocked out of the Capital One Cup by Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium, with Hazard missing the penalty that gave Mark Hughes’ side the win.

“He is the best manager” – Hazard

The Belgian’s form has been slowly picking up over the past few weeks, and after a superb performance against Stoke City at the Britannia in the Blues’ 1-0 defeat, Hazard put in a man-of-the-match performance in Chelsea FC’s 1-0 win over Norwich City on Saturday.

.

The 24-year-old later insisted that he has no problems with Mourinho, who he believes in the best manager to take the club forward. He is quoted by ESPN FC as saying: “I heard a lot of things about this, but no, everything is good with him.

“I don’t have a problem with him. He is the best manager. He is the best manager for Chelsea and we hope we can win a lot of trophies together. Maybe not this season because it will be difficult, but next season and on.”

Keeping Hazard crucial for Chelsea FC

Although Hazard’s public comments are unlikely to reveal his true feelings, it is good news that the Belgian is speaking positively not just about the present, but also about the future. Chelsea FC have a world class talent in their ranks — a player that has the potential to one day win the Ballon d’Or.

Even though they will be able to generate enough funds from a potential sale, finding a replacement as good will be next to impossible. One of the Blues’ biggest challenges over the summer, given they are likely to finish outside the UEFA Champions League spots, will be to retain their best players — especially Eden Hazard.
