Chelsea FC interim manager Gus Hiddink has urged his side to win over the support of their fans who blame the players for all the troubles that have gripped Stamford Bridge this season.

Jose Mourinho’s sacking led the fans to boo some of their own players, with the Blues’ faithfuls blaming the current crop of players of failing to perform by not giving their all for the fan favourite Portuguese.

The recent accusations by former Chelsea FC manager Carlo Ancelotti on players lacking motivation as the cause of the sacking of the Portuguese has increased the limelight on the players, putting them under pressure to perform better.

.

Hiddink, taking charge of his first game since his second coming at Stamford Bridge, has urged his players to work hard and win over the fans again.
