Sir Alex Ferguson will get a chance to manage his class of 92 squad again, when they reunite next month for David Beckham’s sold out UNICEF charity game on November 14.

After Steven Gerrard’s charity game in May, it is now David Beckham’s turn to roll back the years for the United fans, as he names a star-studded squad that will face ‘the rest of the world Xl’ at Old Trafford in a UNICEF charity match on November 14.

Nicky Butt, Beckham, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs will form the midfield quartet for the GB and Ireland team, with Michael Owen and Andy Cole leading the line.

The game will also see old foes John Terry and Rio Ferdinand together, after a spat between the two Englishmen in 2012.

Beckham admits it is a dream to have all these great players back at Old Trafford, but suggests it will all be for a noble cause.

Beckham said: “Ita s incredible that wea re going to be bringing so many of the worlda s greatest footballers together under one roof for this match.”

.

“All the players who will set foot on the Old Trafford turf know just how important this cause is and why UNICEF needs our support to help give children and young people a fair chance in life.”

Managed by Carlo Ancelotti, the rest of the World Xl midfield will comprise of the likes of Luis Figo, Zidane and Ronaldinho, with Michael Ballack and Patrick Vieira. The legendary Edwin Van Der Sar will be between the sticks, and Cafu, Cannavaro and Nesta will occupy the defence.
