Chelsea face QPR in the Premier League on Sunday and Jose Mourinho let everyone know in the pre match press conference that he wouldn’t be taking the game lightly and take any safe-measures with matches against Manchester United and Arsenal coming right next.

Nemanja Matic and Cesc Fabregas are both a booking away from a two-match suspension that could see them miss the games against Manchester United. But Mourinho insisted that this fact won’t deter him from selecting the midfield duo against QPR and he in fact stated that the two will be starting.

a No. They will both start,a he added.a Ita s always the same. We try not to get yellow cards during a match, we try to play football.a

a To give an idea, in the last match our opponent made 22 fouls, we made five a ita s been like this for almost the whole season.a

a If they have to make a foul for a yellow card a a foul you have to do a they have to do it, but the way we play ita s not easy for our players to be booked.a

a The game is a three-point game. We need points, we need victories and we cannot choose matches. It doesna t make any sense to think about some matches and not about others.a

Mourinho said that Diego Costa will miss the game but he will be ready soon to participate in the last stage of Chelsea’s potential title win.

“Diego will certainly be back,a Mourinho responded when quizzed about the extent of Diego Costaa s injury.

a We have eight matches to play, and if he plays four ita s normal. If he plays three ita s a little bit below what Ia m expecting, and if he plays five ita s a little bit more than what I am expecting. I am thinking four matches.a

a Everybody else is fine and ready,a he said. a Mikel is ready; Fabregas with a mask is ready too. No problems.a

Meanwhile Chelsea have also been massively boosted by the fact that six of QPR’s players will be missing through injury. Richard Dunne, Rio Ferdinand, Yun Suk-young, Eduardo Vargas, Leroy Fer and Alejandro Faurlin will be missing the game for QPR.

Chelsea Probable Line-up (4-2-3-1): Courtois; Ivanovic, Terry, Cahill, Azpilicueta; Matic, Fabregas; Willian, Oscar, Hazard; Remy
