The management of Manchester UnitedAi?? has toldAi??Javier Hernandez thatAi??he can leave at the end of the season.
English newspaper Daily Star has reported today that United management has come to a conclusion that the Mexican international is no more required at Old Trafford and are ready to let him go.
TheAi??Daily StarAi??says the Mexico striker – nicknamed Little Pea – has failed to impress manager David Moyes this season.
The 25-year-old has made just four starts for Manchester United in the Premier League so far this season as he has been continually overlooked by Moyes.
The former Everton manager has instead opted to start the likes of Danny Welbeck and even Shinji Kagawa when either Robin van Persie or Wayne Rooney have been out injured.
Moyes is expected to bring in at least one new striker during the summer transfer window with Edinson Cavani and Alvaro Morata said to be on Manchester United’s wish-list.
He has scored twice but the United boss isn’t a fan of the 25-year-old.
Hernandez, who has previously attracted interest fromAi??Tottenham, wants first-team football and is understood to be frustrated at his lack of opportunities.
Inter Milan have already snapped up United skipper Nemanja Vidic and have been linked with a swoop for Hernandez too.
However, Inter president Erick Thohir denied the interest and said: “Chicharito is a good player but we have not spoken with him.”
Despite his struggle at Old Trafford, Chicharito is a regular starter for Mexico. HernA?ndez made his debut for Mexico in September 2009 in a match againstAi??Colombia.
