According to latest reports, Italian side AS Roma are very close to completing the deal for 23-year old Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman from PSV Eindhoven. This move, if true, will facilitate the move forAi??Daniele de Rossi to Chelsea, who are willing to offer the Italian a 4-year contract worth 110,000 pounds per week.
Jose Mourinho is a big admirer of the player, and even tried to sign him for Inter and Real Madrid, if various publications are to be believed.
