He has mostly played as a left winger for Leverkusen, but can also play in the hole behind a striker.
SchA?rrleAi??is a very direct footballer and exactly the type of winger Mourinho likes for his counter-attacking tactics. He likes to cut inside and shoot with his right foot and has tremendous pace. The German will compete with the likes of Hazard, Moses, Mata and Oscar for a place in the attacking quadrate upfront, although it is unlikely that he will find a regular place in the starting line-up immediately.
