The Rossoneri want the Italy international to replace Franck Kessie, who will join Barcelona in the summer.

Jorginho would be the ideal midfield replacement for Kessie at AC Milan, although Chelsea are expected to make all efforts to hold on to their midfield mainstay. However, it will be a blow for the Rossoneri if he joins rivals Juventus.
