Liverpool are expected to chase Iliman Ndiaye with a level of seriousness despite the obvious challenges ahead to lure him from rivals Everton.
According to Fichajes, Liverpool are reportedly ready to intensify their efforts to sign Iliman Ndiaye in the summer. The report states the Senegalese winger could be made available for €50 million, although there are massive challenges for the Reds to lure him from cross-city rivals Everton.
Iliman Ndiaye is expected to attract plenty of attention in the market during the summer window, following his terrific performances for Everton this season. David Moyes has developed his game to another level, which has ensured teams like Arsenal and Manchester United take an active interest ahead of the summer.
Ndiaye has decent numbers with six goals and three assists to his name in the Premier League this season. Everton have shown no inclination towards selling him ahead of the summer, although the report states their financial reality could force the issue should an offer worth €50 million arrive at their table.
Realistically, the Toffees could demand significantly more for the attacker, which may still prove attainable for a number of his suitors. Liverpool are also in the mix for Ndiaye, which will surprise many, given that the two Merseyside teams rarely do direct business.
