Tottenham told to pay €40 million to sign Christos Tzolis

Christos Tzolis has emerged as a target for Tottenham Hotspur, and it remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done this month.

As per TEAMtalk, the player will cost around €40 million, and he has been outstanding for Club Brugge. The Belgian outfit was initially unwilling to sell the player in January.

The 23-year-old has been scouted by the London club regularly, and the club’s scouting department has urged them to make the move. They believe the Greek attacker could prove an excellent long-term acquisition.

Tottenham need more depth on the flanks, and the 23-year-old could solve their attacking problems. He is capable of creating opportunities with pace, flair, and technical ability. He is also capable of finding the back of the net regularly.

Tzolis has 26 goal contributions this season. He will only improve with coaching and experience. He could develop into a top-class player for the club.

The reported asking price is affordable for a club with Tottenham’s resources, and it will be interesting to see if they are prepared to pay up. The player will be able to justify the investment in future.

Spurs could use Tzolis

Tottenham need to improve as a team if they want to do well in the second half of the season. They are currently languishing in the mid-table positions. They will want to push for European qualification, and Tzolis could help them going forward.

The 23-year-old attacker will be attracted to the idea of joining Spurs. He will look to prove himself in the Premier League, and Tottenham could provide him with the platform to showcase his qualities at the highest level.

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham follows up on their interest with an official offer to get the deal done.

Tzolis will undoubtedly hope that the two clubs can finalise an agreement in the coming days. He will be keen on taking the next step in his career, and moving to the Premier League would be the ideal challenge for him.

He has the technical attributes and physicality to do well in the Premier League, and he will look to hit the ground running in English football.
