Juventus considering Mohamed Salah move, PSG waiting until the summer

Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah has been linked with a move away from the Merseyside club in recent months.

Juventus are interested in signing Mohamed Salah, according to an update by Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur. They will face competition from PSG as well, but the Ligue 1 champions are prepared to wait until the summer to get the deal done.

Salah, who cost Liverpool €39 million eight years ago, has recently dropped a bombshell interview criticising Arne Slot for dropping him. The Egyptian international has also suggested that he is being forced out of the club.

The player is clearly disgruntled with his situation at the English club, and it is no surprise that several clubs are monitoring his situation. It will be interesting to see if Liverpool are prepared to sanction his departure next month.

The Egyptian winger has been outstanding for Liverpool since joining the club, and he has helped them win several trophies. There is no doubt that Salah is one of the best players in the club’s history and he is a Premier League legend. Even though his performances have not been exceptional this season, he is still a very valuable player with a lot of experience.

Liverpool should do everything in their power to keep him at the club until the end of the season at the very least. It will be interesting to see if the player and the manager can iron out their differences in the coming weeks. It seemed that the issue was over after Salah appeared off the bench against Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend.

Liverpool have endured a disappointing season so far, and they will be pushing for Champions League qualification. They need the Egyptian attacker during the second half of the campaign. If he manages to bounce back strongly, he could transform them in the final third.

Juventus and PSG keen on Salah

Meanwhile, Juventus need more quality on the flanks, and signing the Egyptian international could be ideal for them. The 33-year-old has played in Italy before with AS Roma and he is a world-class player on his day. He could be an asset for the Bianconeri in the short term.

On the other hand, PSG are monitoring his situation, and they could look to make a move in the summer. They could use more depth in the attacking unit, and the Liverpool star would be a quality short-term acquisition.

Les Parisiens are one of the best teams in the world and they have recently won the UEFA Champions League. The Egyptian could be attracted to the idea of joining them. It will be interesting to see which of the two clubs can get the deal done. Liverpool will need to replace the player adequately if they decide to sell him. Replacing a player of his calibre will not be easy.
