PSG rival Manchester United, Real Madrid in Said El Mala chase

Manchester United and Real Madrid are set to face stiff competition from PSG in their pursuit of FC Koln attacking sensation Said El Mala.

Manchester United, Real Madrid and PSG are clubs that are constantly on the lookout for the next big thing. Their scouts continue to keep tabs on players that seem to have something special, and it seems they have found a gem in Germany in Said El Mala.

According to Ekrem Konur, Said El Mala has caught the attention of some of the biggest clubs in Europe. The teenager is considered to be one of the brightest talents in Germany, and PSG are set to rival Manchester United and Real Madrid in the race for his signature.

El Mala, who has come up the ranks at FC Koln, spent the last season on loan at Viktoria Köln. Following his return to his parent club, he has only managed to establish himself as a key figure in the team, but the 19-year-old is enjoying an exceptional breakthrough season.

In his 14 league outings, he has six goals and three assists in just over 600 minutes of first-team action. His performances haven’t gone unnoticed, as the biggest clubs in Europe are ready to battle for his signature.

While multiple clubs are ready to make a move in January, Koln are unlikely to sanction a mid-season transfer. With Said El Mala’s contract running until 2030, they are in complete control of his future. They are aware that keeping him at the club beyond this season will be difficult, but they will only let him leave for a massive financial offer.

European giants to battle for El Mala

PSG are targeting Said El Mala, who prefers playing out wide, but is capable enough to feature anywhere in attack. The French giants already have a strong squad, but they are looking to build for the future by signing one of the best German talents.

They are set to rival Manchester United and Real Madrid, who have been keeping tabs on him for some time. United feel he could become one of the mainstays for their new project, while Los Blancos consider him an ideal fit for their project under Xabi Alonso.

The 19-year-old winger is expected to cost around €50-60 million next summer. Given his massive potential, all three clubs would be willing to fork that kind of fee. So, at the end of the day, the player will have to decide which project he wants to be a part of.
