Crystal Palace, Everton, Leeds United want Jens Petter Hauge

Bodo/Glimt winger Jens petter Hauge is attracting the interest of Leeds United, Crystal Palace and Everton ahead of January.

According to Team Talk, Norwegian winger Jens Petter Hauge could be a target for Premier League sides Crystal Palace, Everton and Leeds United ahead of January. The Bodo/Glimt star might be interested in making a mid-season switch to the Premier League, as scouts watched him in action in a Champions League game.

Premier League sides often look at other leagues for talent that would improve their squad and bring a new spark to the team. In the case of Crystal Palace, Leeds United and Everton, they are potentially looking at the Norwegian League ahead of the January window, as Bodo/Glimt defender Jens Petter Hauge is of interest.

Hauge has been a shining star for Bodo/Glimt, making 210 appearances for the team, scoring 59 goals and providing 52 assists in the process. It’s not the only club he has represented during his career, as the 26-year-old attacker was also part of AC Milan, Eintracht Frankfurt and KAA Gent during different stages.

However, it is at Bodo/Glimt where he made a name for himself, as Manchester City star Erling Haaland is also a fan of his talents. Hauge is also experienced at an international level, having featured for the Norwegian national side 13 times so far.

He would be open to the idea of a mid-season move to the Premier League, given that the Norwegian league is already over at this point. Bodo/Glimt will remain active to participate in the Champions League, as they might face the prospect of facing Manchester City and Atletico Madrid in January without the 26-year-old attacker.

Jens Petter Hauge bound for the Premier League?

Hauge has interest from Crystal Palace, Leeds United and Everton ahead of January, with observers from some of those sides watching him in action in the Champions League this week. The 26-year-old attacker was instrumental in Bodo/Glimt’s dramatic draw away in Germany, with the winger scoring the equaliser in the 2-2 result.

Either of those Premier League sides will be a good option for the winger to make the big career switch to the Premier League. Such a move would elevate his levels away from the Norwegian league and could even aid the possibility of strengthening his position in the Norway national side ahead of the upcoming World Cup.
