Inter Milan hope to recoup €50 million from Yann Bisseck sale

Inter Milan will reportedly hope to recoup around €50 million from selling Yann Bisseck, with Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur interested in the 24-year-old defender.

According to a report by Spanish outlet Fichajes, Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing Yann Bisseck. The two London clubs are eager to reinforce their defensive units by signing a centre-back in the winter transfer window. So, the 24-year-old Inter Milan defender has emerged as a target.

The Serie A giants are keen on recouping around €50 million from the Koln native’s departure in the winter transfer window. However, while that may be an unrealistic valuation, suitors must pay at least €35-40 million to secure Bisseck’s services, with a winter move to the Premier League on the cards.

Yann Bisseck and his time in Serie A so far

Yann Bisseck has endured a topsy-turvy ride since joining Inter Milan from Aarhus GF in July 2023. However, while the 24-year-old has been in and out of the starting lineup in the last two years, he has shown flashes of brilliance during his spell with the Nerazzurri.

The German international has made over 50 appearances thus far for the Serie A giants while chipping in with five goals and six assists. Meanwhile, Bisseck’s progress has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several well-known clubs. Premier League outfits, in particular, have been keen on signing the Inter Milan defender, with Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur among the prospective suitors vying for his signature heading into the summer transfer window.

London calling?

Crystal Palace wanted to sign Yann Bisseck in the summer transfer window, but the deal did not materialise. The continued interest is understandable, as Marc Guehi will leave the South London club next year. So, Bisseck has again emerged as a viable target for Crystal Palace.

As for Tottenham Hotspur, it is unclear why the Lilywhites are vying for Bisseck’s signature. Thomas Frank has a stacked central defensive unit, while Luka Vuskovic, Kota Takai, and Ashley Phillips promise a bright future. Nevertheless, Bisseck is a target for Tottenham, with the Inter Milan defender reportedly keen on joining Tottenham Hotspur.

Meanwhile, the report has revealed that Inter Milan will aim to recoup around €50 million from Bisseck’s departure in the winter transfer window. However, while that may be an unrealistic valuation, suitors must pay at least €35-40 million to secure his services, with a winter move to the Premier League on the cards. So, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for the 24-year-old German international.
