Arsenal and FC Porto have reportedly agreed to seal a loan deal with a conditional purchase obligation clause for 25-year-old Polish utility man Jakub Kiwior this summer.
According to a report by O Jogo, as relayed by Sport Witness, Jakub Kiwior is the subject of interest from FC Porto. The Portuguese giants are keen on reinforcing their defensive unit by signing a versatile defender in the summer transfer window. So, the 25-year-old Arsenal utility man has emerged as a target for the Dragoes.
Arsenal and FC Porto have ramped up the talks surrounding Kiwior, with the two clubs striking a “rough agreement” over a loan deal with a purchase obligation clause. However, they are yet to iron out the fine details of the arrangement, and they will hold a meeting for another round of talks soon.

Jakub Kiwior has endured an exasperating spell since joining Arsenal from Spezia Calcio in a deal worth £20 million in January 2023. FC Porto’s interest in Jakub Kiwior is understandable. The Primeira Liga giants are scouring the market for a versatile centre-back, with Francesco Farioli demanding more quality at the heart of the defence.
