Juventus keen on Rasmus Hojlund, price revealed

Italian giants Juventus will have to fork out around €60 million to sign Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund.

According to a report from Fichjaes, Juventus are interested in acquiring the services of Rasmus Hojlund as they look to reinforce their attack ahead of next season. The Danish international hasn’t had the best of times since moving to Manchester United, and the Old Lady are reportedly ready to offer him a chance to rediscover his best form in Serie A.

Hojlund made a name for himself at Atalanta. His impressive performances for the Italian club resulted in a lot of interest, and United managed to beat the competition to his signature as they signed him in 2023 for a massive fee of over €70 million.

While the Danish striker has had a lot of opportunities at Old Trafford, he hasn’t been able to live up to the expectations. He only has eight goals in his 42 outings this season. Despite his inconsistent performances, there is still a lot of interest in the 22-year-old’s services.

Juventus could push for Hojlund’s signature

Juventus are one of the clubs that would love to sign Hojlund. The Old Lady want to reinforce their attack this summer. They want to bring in a young striker who can help them in the short as well as the long run. With Dusan Vlahovic’s departure likely, they are looking to bet on the United forward who has experience playing in the Serie A.

Their scouts have been monitoring him for some time, and they believe his potential could truly flourish in the Italian top flight, where the tactical demands and tempo of the game better suit his strengths. While they are looking to make a move this summer, signing him won’t be that straightforward.

Despite his not living up to the expectations, United haven’t given up on him just yet. They are in no rush to cash in on him and believe the 22-year-old could still turn things around. If any club does knock on their door to sign the Danish international, they will only sit on the negotiation table for an offer close to €60 million.

As far as the player is concerned, he might be open to a return to Italy, where he could end up being the main man. But since he still has three years left at Old Trafford, it will be interesting to see how things pan out.
