James Vaughan could help Trent Alexander-Arnold seal Real Madrid move

Former Everton striker James Vaughan is set to help Trent Alexander-Arnold seal a Real Madrid move as he’s now a part of the defender’s representatives.

According to The Sun, Trent Alexander-Arnold is all set to seal a move to Real Madrid and has hired former Everton striker James Vaughan as part of his entourage. The ex-forward is also the Toffees’ loan manager, as he has resigned from the post to focus on the Liverpool right-back’s transition to the Spanish giants.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is on the verge of joining Real Madrid on a free transfer as widespread reports have already confirmed few details and the length of his contract. The Spanish giants are likely to pay a hefty signing-on fee for the fact the right-back will join them on a free as well as handing him a five-year deal.

The Liverpool star will reportedly make £240,000 a week in wages at the Santiago Bernabeu. Those numbers do not necessarily make him a high earner at Real Madrid, although it might be a good experience for the right-back to play in another league after spending his entire career to date at Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have reportedly begun the process of finding a replacement for Alexander-Arnold. Rayo Vallecano’s Andrei Ratiu is a target for the Reds, while there are links to Oscar Migueza as well, although only the summer window will make their primary target clear to the fans.

Real Madrid are working to close the deal with Alexander-Arnold in the background, with widespread suggestions pointing to an announcement that could be made before the current season ends. The 26-year-old is preparing to make the transition and has a team to help him make the move, with former Everton striker James Vaughan now part of the entourage.

James Vaughan joins Trent Alexander-Arnold’s camp

Vaughan came through the ranks at Liverpool’s rivals Everton and went on to make around 60 appearances for the club before moving on to other challenges. He has been operating as the Toffees’ loans manager and has already quit the post to join the team of Alexander-Arnold’s representatives, with the Former Everton star likely to help the right-back in his transition from Liverpool to Real Madrid.

There are a lot of possibilities in the coming period with Alexander-Arnold, with plenty to gain from deals outside of playing football on the team’s radar. How the Former Everton star Vaughan works in this setup remains unclear, although there’s a possibility he will take up a key post in the team.
