Mainoo has come up the ranks at the club at some pace. He got promoted to their first at the start of 2023. Erik ten Hag was the one who trusted the teenager and gave him an opportunity to showcase his abilities at the highest level.
The midfield sensation has made the most out of it. Not only has he established himself as a key figure in the United first team, but the 19-year-old has also broken into the England national team. While his contract at Old Trafford runs until the summer of 2027, and they even hold an option to extend it for another 12 months, his future is still up in the air.
