Daniel Levy working to sign Tyler Dibling for Tottenham

Daniel Levy is working hard to get Tyler Dibling to Tottenham before the window shuts, as he does not want to wait until the summer.

According to Give Me Sport, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is working hard to get a deal in place to sign Tyler Dibling this month. Despite the limited time left in the window. Spurs are threatening to be very active with attacking signing, with the Southampton star eager to leave his current surroundings.

Tyler Dibling has been a player on the list of many top clubs in the Premier League. He has been the rare bright spark in an otherwise awful Southampton side napping their way towards relegation, and they are the overwhelming favourites to drop back into the Championship.

The highly-rated teenager is not overly keen to stay in the fight for relegation and would be eager to explore a different opportunity if it materialises in this window. With only a few days left, any bid to leave Southampton could prove difficult, although Tottenham is ready to make a move for the 18-year-old in that period.

Tottenham have held concrete talks for Dibling recently, as club Chairman Daniel Lkevy is working hard to get a deal in place for the attacker. The Spurs supremo does not want to wait until the summer and wants to tie up a deal for Dibling before the February 3 deadline.

There are suggestions of a £50 million-plus price tag associated with Dibling, as Spurs are showing enough proimise to make a big investment. Tottenham also have competition, with Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Newcastle United all keen to sign the winger. The Magpies have been interested in Dibling to replace Miguel Almiron and could make a compelling pitch, although that may only come in the summer.

Tottenham are keen to bolster their attacking ranks before the closure of the current window, and they are making the right moves in the market. They have reportedly agreed a deal for Mathys Tel or at least getting close to getting the Frenchman from Bayern Munich.

There have been suggestions of talks for Yoanne Wissa, and even if they do not manage to sign the Brentford star, signing one player would see them finish the window strongly. The current idea points towards Levy wanting to strengthen their wing positions, as Mathys Tel and Dibling will certainly prove good investments for the future.
