Arsenal unlikely to sign Evan Ferguson and Marcus Rashford

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will not be making a move for the services of Manchester United want away star Marcus Rashford and Everton ace Evan Ferguson.

Arsenal are in desperate need to reinforce their attack in the ongoing transfer window because of injuries to key stars. They have been linked with a move for Marcus Rashford as well as Evan Ferguson. But, according to a report from TBR, the Gunners are not going the push for the signature of the attackers.

The North London have taken significant strides under the guidance of Mikel Arteta. While they have once again established themselves as a powerhouse in England, Arteta is still on the lookout for more quality to bolster his squad.

The Spanish manager wants to add more firepower to their attack. He wanted to sign a new number nine during the summer. While they were linked with quite a few top clubs, things didn’t go according to plan back then.

Arteta’s men have once again started the search for a world-class forward following the injuries to Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka. Reinforcing the attack is among their priorities and they have been linked with Marcus Rashford and Evan Ferguson.

The English international has lost prominence at Manchester United under Ruben Amorim and he is pushing for a move away from the club. Meanwhile, Evan Ferguson is frustrated by the lack of minutes and he is ready to part ways with Everton.

Arsenal won’t make a move for Rashford or Ferguson

West Ham are keen on his signature while reports suggest Arsenal have been working hard to secure his services. But, in reality, they haven’t knocked on the doors of the Toffees to sign the Irish international on loan.

The Gunners are also interested in signing Rashford from rivals Manchester United. The English international is expected to be on the move in the ongoing transfer window. While the North London club can secure his services, they have decided against making a move for him.

Arsenal won’t be able to sign either Ferguson or Rashford on loan as their domestic slots are filled by signing Neto and Raheem Sterling who can’t return to their parent’s club just yet. Despite their inability to sign the duo, the Gunners remain in the mix and are looking to bring in a foreign star on loan.
