The Argentine is not a preferred starter under Ruben Amorim, which has sparked rumours of an exit, with PSG in the mix alongside Juventus and Napoli.
The transfer market continues to pick up pace, as PSG are showing they can compete as well as some of the other clubs, particularly with those from the Premier League. The Parisians are close to signing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli, which could trigger a series of moves elsewhere.
Napoli are likely to look for a Kvaratskhelia replacement and have reportedly set sights on Alejandro Garnacho. PSG are also reportedly interested in the 20-year-old Manchester United prodigy despite their chase of the Georgian.
