According to a report by TEAMtalk, Carney Chukwuemeka is the subject of interest from Napoli. The Serie A giants have been scouring the market for a midfielder heading into the winter transfer window. So, the Chelsea prospect has emerged as a target for the Partenopei, with the West London club demanding around £30 million to part ways with him.

Carney Chukwuemeka has seen his progress come to a stuttering halt since joining Chelsea from Aston Villa in a deal worth £20 million in August 2022. While fitness issues have been the foremost hindrance to the Englishman’s growth, he has fallen to the bottom of the pecking order for midfielders under Enzo Maresca.
The 21-year-old has managed only 130 minutes of game time across five appearances in all competitions thus far this season. While Maresca has suggested that he admires Chukwuemeka and his talent, the youngster has been unable to secure many outings this term.
