PSG want €55 million for Randal Kolo Muani, player offered to Arsenal

PSG have set a €55 million price tag on Randal Kolo Muani, with Arsenal reportedly being offered the underperformer as an option.

According to Caught Offside, Randal Kolo Muani could leave PSG this winter, with the Parisians keen to recoup €55 million from his sale. Luis Enrique does not rate the attacker, with Arsenal reportedly being offered the chance to sign the player following the serious injury to Bukayo Saka.

The Buyakyo Saka news for Arsenal has been big enough for the club to now read in the transfer window. With the January market fast approaching, there’s a chance for Mikel Arteta to make amends and bring in a player who can cover for the loss of their talismanic winger.

They held an interest in Randal Kolo Muani before, but now they might intensify their efforts in order to explore a move as early as possible. Arteta seemingly likes the player, but he has been underwhelming for PSG and manager Luis Enrique, which has seen the French side being open to letting him leave.

As things stand, PSG are open to all possibilities, including a loan deal, that Arsenal might be interested in most. However, the Parisians have also placed an eight-figure price tag of about €55 million on Kolo Muani should clubs want to sign him on a permanent basis.

It may sound huge from the player’s current season’s perspective, but Kolo Muani is a regular France international, and not so long ago, he had prolific times in front of goal. His versatility is also the reason why clubs like Manchester United are interested in the attacker, meaning he will have a decent enough market going forward.

Will Arsenal sign Randal Kolo Muani?

Arsenal are eager to land Kolo Muani on loan if the conditions are right, as they are keen to spend big in the summer on a top striker. That was the plan before the Saka injury, which might now see the club make a few key decisions, including whether they would want to spend in January.

In addition to Saka, Raheem Sterling is also expected to be sidelined for a considerable period, which does leave Arsenal extremely thin with their attacking options. Hence, a loan move for Kolo Muani should make sense, as well as a big addition if they can find a quality player in the market as a Saka replacement.
