The Hammers are scouring the market for a striker heading into the January transfer window. So, the 1999-born centre-forward has emerged as a target for the East London outfit, with the club approaching EFL Championship side Middlesbrough with an enquiry.
Who is Emmanuel Latte Lath?
Emmanuel Latte has found a stable footing since joining Middlesbrough from Atalanta in August 2023. A native of Anoumabo Marcory, the Ivorian striker graduated from the youth division at Atalanta but could not establish a foothold in the first-team squad at the Serie A club, managing only 88 minutes of game time across three appearances for La Dea.
The 25-year-old striker enjoyed a solid debut season with Middlesbrough and has been decent thus far this term. Latte Lath has contributed to ten goals in 22 appearances in all competitions by finding the back of the net eight times and providing two assists.
