Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly look to sign 25-year-old Italian international Davide Frattesi in a deal worth €35 million in the 2025 summer transfer window.
According to a report by Italian outlet Inter Live, Davide Frattesi is the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur. The North London giants want to bolster their midfield department in the 2025 summer transfer window and have set their sights on the Inter Milan midfielder. They are ready to cough up €35 million to sign the Italian international next year.
Davide Frattesi has made gradual progress since joining Inter Milan from Sassuolo. A native of Rome, he spent his formative years in his hometown, starting his youth career at Lazio before graduating from the youth division at AS Roma. However, the player rose in prominence during his spell with Sassuolo.
The 25-year-old joined Inter Milan on an initial loan deal in July 2023 before completing a permanent move in this year’s summer transfer window. While Frattesi has been a regular, he is not the undisputed first-choice midfielder yet for the Nerazzurri, managing only 760 minutes of game time across 16 appearances in all competitions while chipping in with three goals and one assist.
However, Frattesi’s stock in the market is high, and a move to the Premier League might be on the cards next year. Tottenham Hotspur will look to sign the Italian international from Inter Milan, and they are ready to cough up around €35 million to secure his services.
Tottenham Hotspur mulled over signing Davide Frattesi in the summer transfer window before the move failed to see the light of day. The continued interest in the Inter Milan midfielder makes sense, considering Ange Postecoglou wants to upgrade his midfield options next year.
