Khvicha Kvaratskhelia prefers Arsenal, Liverpool as next destination

Arsenal and Liverpool are both interested in acquiring the services of Napoli attacking sensation Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Arsenal and Liverpool both seek attacking reinforcement. They want to further bolster their attack and according to a report from Fichajes, both Premier League giants are interested in bringing Napoli ace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to England.

After making a name for himself while playing in Georgia, Kvaratskhelia secured a big move to Napoli in the summer of 2022 and he hasn’t looked back since. He has established himself as one of the best young wingers in the world and his exceptional rise has put him on the radar of multiple top clubs.

The 23-year-old was instrumental in their Serie A win a few seasons back and his performances for both club and country suggest he has a massive future ahead. While his contract with the Naples-based club runs until the summer of 2027, the Georgian international could be on the move in the summer of 2025.

With Victor Osimhen’s departure almost certain, Napoli do not want to lose out on him in the near future. They are trying their best to offer him a new deal and extend his stay at the club. While they are in talks to offer him a contract with better terms along with a massive release clause of around £100 million, these talks haven’t yielded any results.

Kvaratskhelia to move to the Premier League

As a result, Kvaratskhelia’s future remains uncertain and the right offer could force Napoli to negotiate his departure next summer. Arsenal and Liverpool are two clubs who have been linked with the Georgian international.

Both Premier League giants are looking to add more firepower to their attack. Mikel Arteta wants to add more quality on the left flank and a world-class star like Kvaratskhelia could significantly bolster their attack and help them win major titles.

With Mohamed Salah in the final phase of his career, Liverpool are looking to prepare for life without the Egypt international. While the Napoli forward features on the opposite flank, the Reds want a new leader for their attack and the Georgian international can surely take up that role.

Both Arsenal and Liverpool have been tipped as his preferred destination. While there is no shortage of interest in his services, the Premier League giants are considered favourites at this point in time.
