The German international is on the wishlist of multiple top clubs, and the Italian giants are looking to beat the competition by convincing him to sign a pre-contract that will see him complete a Bosman move to Inter next summer.
Tah has only gone from strength to strength since joining Bayer Leverkusen back in the summer of 2015. He has been one of the mainstays at the back and played a key role in their sensational run last season, where they lifted the Bundesliga title unbeaten.
