Fabrizio Romano has confirmed Liverpool have no interest in parting ways with Darwin Nunez amid his links with La Liga giants Atletico Madrid.

Given that Atletico recently went big for Julian Alvarez, it is difficult to see them pay another king’s ransom for Nunez, whose £140,000-a-week wages might also be an issue.
“Nunez is completely focused on Liverpool and Atletico just spent €75m plus add-ons on Julian Alvarez two months ago.”
