Real Madrid are all set to battle it out with Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham for the services of Boca Juniors star Kevin Zenon.
According to a report from Fichajes, Kevin Zenon has attracted a lot of interest from across Europe. His future has become a big talking point amidst interest from the likes of Real Madrid. The Spanish giants are keen on signing him and they are set to battle Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham for his signature.
Zenon has made quite a name for himself thanks to his consistent performances for Argentine giants Boca Juniors. The 23-year-old midfielder joined them at the start of the year from Unión Santa Fe and he seems to be set for a move to a bigger club in Europe.
In his 35 outings for his new club, the left-sided midfielder has four goals and seven assists. He has put himself on the wishlist of some of the biggest clubs in the world. His contract at La Bombonera might run until the end of 2028 but Zenon is expected to be on the move in the near future.
Premier League clubs are keen on signing Zenon
Liverpool are one of the clubs keen on his signature. The Reds are always on the lookout for young players with huge potential and the 23-year-old seems to be a perfect fit for them. His ability to play both as a full-back and in a more advanced role on the left flank is what attracts the Merseyside club.
Apart from the Reds, Manchester United and Tottenham are two other Premier League clubs who are keen on the Argentine sensation’s signature. The North London club have prioritised signing young players under Ange Postecoglou and Zenon seems to be someone who can be a great addition to the Australian manager’s squad.
Real Madrid to rival English clubs
Meanwhile, the Red Devils do not have enough depth in the centre of the park and the Argentine youth international could help their cause. Apart from the English clubs, European giants Real Madrid are also interested in his services.
While they do have Ferland Mendy in their ranks, they are looking for more quality on the left flank and the 23-year-old seems to fit the bill. Los Blancos are set to rival the Premier League clubs and they do have the finances to get it over the line.
It will be an intense competition for his services and with a release clause in place, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
