PSG offer €17 million-a-year deal to sign Jadon Sancho

PSG are ready to break the bank and offer a €17 million-a-year deal to lure Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho to the club.

Paris Saint-Germain are looking for their next star forward and are interested in the services of Manchester United attacker Jadon Sancho. The English international hasn’t had the best of times since joining the Red Devils but according to Santi Aouna, the French giants are ready to offer him €17 million-a-year deal.

Sancho made a name for himself at Borussia Dortmund. He was considered to be one of the best young talents in world football. United forked out a significant fee to sign him from the German giants in the summer of 2021. Unfortunately, things haven’t worked out as planned.

The English winger has failed to fire at United and on the back of a rift with Erik ten Hag, he was exiled from the first team for the first half of last season. He spent the second half on loan at Dortmund and managed to get things back on track.

While he is back at United and seems to have resolved his issue with the Dutch manager, his future remains uncertain. With just two years left on his deal, the Red Devils seem open to an opportunity to cut their losses by cashing in on him.

PSG going all out for Jadon Sancho?

There is significant interest in him from PSG who are looking for a top-quality winger following the departure of Kylian Mbappe. The French giants want a world-class forward who can help them compete for all titles and they feel Sancho could turn things around with a move to Paris.

While PSG are working to strike a deal with United, they have already done a lot of work on their player front. They were in talks with Sancho regarding personal terms and made significant developments in a limited time. The 24-year-old seemed excited to be a part of the PSG project and is pushing for a move.

The Ligue 1 Champions have proposed a €17 million-a-year deal for the young English forward. Given the kind of big money they are willing to spend, personal terms are unlikely to be a problem. But, remains to be seen if United are ready to sell and if yes, at what price.
