The Violets are waiting for the Tyneside outfit to submit an offer of around €20-25 million, which might be his price tag in the summer transfer window.
Who is Logan Costa?
Logan Costa is one of the most promising young defenders in Ligue 1. Born in Saint-Denis, he spent his formative years in France, starting his youth career at ASC Val d’Argenteuil before spending half a dozen years at RFC Argenteuil. However, he graduated from the youth division at Stade de Reims.
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old represented France in age-group football but has picked Cape Verde as his national side amid a lack of opportunities with Les Bleus. Costa has already turned out 19 times thus far for the African nation, while he has made 57 appearances for Toulouse since joining the Ligue 1 club from Stade de Reims in August 2021.
