The Colchoneros have already contacted the representatives of the Barcelona outcast regarding a move in the summer transfer window. The 29-year-old out-of-favour defender is keen on joining Los Rojiblancos, with the Madrilenian club contacting the Blaugrana.

Clement Lenglet is desperate to find a stable footing in his career after spending the last two seasons away from Barcelona on as many loan spells. Tottenham Hotspur snapped him up for the 2022/23 campaign before Aston Villa secured his services on a season-long deal in 2023. In addition, the Frenchman was already a peripheral figure in 2021/22.
The 29-year-old out-of-favour Barcelona defender has turned out over 150 times thus far for the Blaugrana while chipping in with seven goals and three assists. However, Lenglet does not have a long-term future at the Catalan club after becoming a peripheral figure for them.
