Tottenham are looking at Cercle Brugge striker Kevin Denkey ahead of the summer as Ange Postecoglou looks for a frontman.
According to Foot Mercato, Tottenham are scouting Kevin Denkey ahead of the summer. The Togo striker has been in sensational form for Cercle Brugge in the Belgian league and might look at a big move should some sides, including Spurs, come into the picture.

Tottenham are in the market for a top-draw attacker, and fans will want to see a notable name arrive in the summer. There are some notions surrounding the club, considering they have yet to exactly replace former forward Harry Kane, as some of the supporters are keen to see who the club will bring in his place next summer.
There’s a growing emphasis on bringing in a No.9, despite Richarlison picking up form in recent months. Ange Postecoiglou and the club chiefs are not particularly convinced by the Brazilian. Irrespective of whether the former Everton man stays, Spurs will look for a new attacker, preferably with versatile qualities.
There have been rumours that Harry Kane might prefer a return, although Spurs are unlikely to spend big on their former star. Instead, there’s a big chance for them to bring in someone younger and plan for the future. Hence, the links to Kevin Denkey make sense in the case of Cercle Brugge.
Spurs have reportedly scouted the 23-year-old striker playing for Cercle Brugge, where he has scored 22 goals in all competitions. Tottenham will likely keep him on their list of potential targets, which may include many other names. For instance, they are considering Eberechi Eze for a wide role, and alternatively, they could look at a predominantly out-and-out striker.
Cercle Brugge names their price
Cercle Brugge will unlikely stand in Denkey’s way should a big club come in with an offer. The Belgian side have placed a €20 million price tag on the 23-year-old striker, something they expect suitors to pay considering plenty of clubs seeking the Togolese.
Borussia Dortmund are also interested alongside Tottenham and spent time looking at the striker. Hence, Cercle Brugge expect multiple offers to arrive, which could put them in a strong positioin ahead of the summer regarding the 23-year-old striker’s sale.
