According to a report by Argentine outlet Ole, Kevin Zenon is the subject of interest from Newcastle United. The Magpies are in the market for versatile wide players heading into the summer transfer window. And they are ready to trigger his release clause worth €15 million to sign the 22-year-old from Boca Juniors in the summer transfer window.
Who is Kevin Zenon?
Kevin Zenon is a native of Goya and spent his formative years in his homeland. He graduated from the CA Union youth division and rose in prominence in Argentina during his spell in the club’s first team. There, he showed his versatility to play anywhere on the left flank.
The Argentine midfielder is primarily a wide midfielder but can play as a left-back and a left-winger. Meanwhile, he joined Boca Juniors last month and has made a solid start to the 2024 season. Zenon has turned out six times thus far, chipping in with one goal and one assist.
While the 22-year-old is not a regular yet for Boca Juniors, he has still made his mark and captured the attention of a few well-known clubs in Europe. And a move to the Premier League might be on the cards, with Newcastle United interested in securing his services in the summer transfer window.
