The Red Devils are in the market for a centre-back ahead of the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, Juventus will demand around €25-30 million to sell the 18-year-old defensive sensation.
Who is Dean Huijsen?
Dean Huijsen is one of the brightest young prospects in Serie A. A native of Amsterdam, the Dutch youth international has represented the Netherlands on the international stage thus far. But he spent most of his formative years in Spain before joining Juventus in July 2021.
The 18-year-old has risen through the ranks at Juventus and made his first-team debut for the club earlier this season. But the Bianconeri loaned him out to AS Roma in the January transfer window to help him gain regular game time. The decision has paid off, with Huijsen turning out six times thus far for AS Roma, chipping in with a goal.
