According to Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham Hotspur are ready to submit a verbal offer to sign 21-year-old Genoa defender Radu Dragusin in the January transfer window.

The Romanian international has established himself as a key player for the Serie A club. So, it is no surprise that Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing him. He could prove to be a quality future investment for them, and he has the ability to improve Tottenham in the short term as well.
