The scouts were present in the Maracanã stadium keeping a close eye on the 22-year-old. Both clubs seem to be interested in acquiring his services in the winter. The Reds might have signed multiple midfielders in the summer but they are in need of another defensive midfielder. Someone who is young and can help them in the long run. And, Andre seems to be a great fit for the Merseyside club.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are also looking to add another midfielder to the mix. Mikel Arteta wants to have enough depth in the centre of the park as he looks to push for the league title once again. Despite having signed Declan Rice in the summer, Arteta still feels he needs more firepower to get his hands on the Premier League title. As a result, the Gunners are looking to sign the 22-year-old.

Meanwhile, the Brazilian club are well aware of the amount of interest in Andre’s services and they are expecting an offer for his services at the end of the year. Neves suggests that the Brazil international is expected to make a move away from the club in 2024. While Fluminense will try to renew his contract, he looks unlikely to pen down fresh terms with the Brazilian club when is on the wishlist of some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
