According to a report from German outlet BILD, Fulham are keen on signing Serhou Guirassy from Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart. But the Cottagers have failed with a bid to sign the 27-year-old striker, who is not eager to move to the club.
The West London outfit are hoping to bring in attacking reinforcements before the summer transfer window closes. Fulham have recently agreed on a deal to sell Aleksandar Mitrovic to Al Hilal. So they will have to replace the Serbian international.
Guirassy had an impressive campaign in the Bundesliga last season, scoring 14 goals. He could prove to be a quality acquisition, and it remains to be seen whether Fulham decide to return with an improved offer for him.

Guirassy could be tempted to join Fulham this summer. The opportunity to move to the Premier League will be an attractive option for the player, and he might look to test himself at the highest level. He has the physical attributes to succeed in English football.
Fulham are an ambitious club with impressive players at their disposal. There is no reason why they cannot push for European qualification with the right additions this summer. But the Stuttgart striker wants to remain at the Bundesliga club and will snub the move to Craven Cottage.
