The North London giants have been in contact with the Barcelona target’s entourage. But the Catalan giants already have an agreement worth €45 million with Athletico Paranaense.
Vitor Roque has become one of the most highly sought-after prospects in the world since joining Athletico Paranaense. The 18-year-old was barely renowned before leaving Cruzeiro to move to Athletico-PR. But he has come leaps and bounds in the last 15 months, even establishing a foothold in his national team.
The Brazilian international was also in fine form as his nation won the South American Under-20 Championships. Meanwhile, Roque has been excellent thus far this season, amassing 15 goals and five assists in 29 appearances. And the youngster will likely move to Europe soon, with Barcelona being his possible destination. But Tottenham will also look to make an impression on him.
