The 21-year-old has done wonders since joining Everton and is on the radar of multiple big clubs from across Europe. Meanwhile, Erik ten Hag is a big fan of the player and wants him at Old Trafford ahead of next season.
Onana came into the limelight after an impressive first season for LOSC Lille. His performances resulted in a £33 million move to Everton ahead of the ongoing season. The 21-year-old has hit the ground running and has been one of their best players.
The Belgium international has been involved in 32 matches and has three goal contributions. While the Toffees have struggled, the 21-year-old has surely done his bit. With Everton on the brink of relegation, the future of Onana is uncertain.
While his contract at the club runs until the summer of 2027, his future will depend on whether they get relegated. If they fail to survive, the 21-year-old will push for a move away. And, as per reports, the club would be willing to let him leave for a fee of £50 million.
