Fikayo Tomori has been linked with a summer move away from AC Milan, with Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United interested.
A report from 90min claims that Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are keeping tabs on former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori. And the three clubs could look to make a move for the 25-year-old at the end of the season.
Tomori has established himself as one of the most reliable defenders in Serie A. So it is no surprise that his performances have caught the attention of Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United. He was recently linked with Tottenham as well.
The English centre-back had to leave Chelsea to play regular first-team football, and his decision has paid off. The 25-year-old has improved immensely with regular football at AC Milan, and he could prove to be a quality addition for all three English clubs.
Arsenal need to bring in more depth at the back, and Tomori would be a superb long-term acquisition. The Gunners have suffered in the absence of William Saliba this season, and they will need more quality at their disposal next season. The Gunners will be competing in the Champions League, and they will be up against world-class attackers.
Tomori could be a quality long-term partner for Saliba at the heart of the defence. Meanwhile, Manchester United could lose players like Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire this summer. Both players have struggled for regular game time this season, and they could look to move on in the coming months.
Tomori would be a quality acquisition and he could form a solid partnership at the bank alongside Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez. As for Liverpool, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez have been largely underwhelming this season and Jurgen Klopp must look to bring him an upgrade on both players.
Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk are the only reliable defenders at the club right now and Tomori could prove to be a wise addition. The 25-year-old is likely to be tempted to return to the Premier League and a move to Arsenal, Liverpool or Manchester United could boost his chances of being regularly for the England national team as well.
