Premier League leaders Arsenal are ready to sell 21-year-old striker Folarin Balogun for €20-25 million ahead of next season.

According to Sport Witness, Arsenal are ready to let go of Folarin Balogun ahead of next season. The 21-year-old who is on loan at Stade Reims has been on fire in the Ligue 1. His performances have attracted a lot of attention of late and the parent club are willing to sell him for €20-25 million.

The England Under-21 star is an Arsenal youth product who has been a part of the club since 2011. He has gone up the ranks at the club but is yet to get an extended run in their first team. Balogun has been sent out on multiple loan moves in order to develop his game and gain first-team experience.

 The 21-year-old joined Stade Reims on loan ahead of the ongoing season. He has done wonders at the club since joining them. His performances haven’t gone unnoticed and a lot of clubs are ready to spend in order to land him.

Meanwhile, Balogun has 19 goal contributions to his name in the ongoing season. He has found the back of the net on 17 occasions in his 28 outings. The Arsenal loanee has been doing wonders in the French top flight. He has 16 goals and is currently joint-third in the Golden Boot race behind Kylian Mbappe and Jonathan David who have scored 19 goals each.

The 21-year-old is set to return to his parent club in the summer. But, his future with the Gunners is uncertain amidst all the interest from across the globe. Balogun would love to continue at Arsenal. But, he will surely demand a regular spot in the team on the back of his performances in Ligue 1.

Ultimately, it might depend on Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta. He will be looking to add more firepower to his ranks as the club is all set to return to the UEFA Champions League. However, it will be interesting to see if he would like to bank on the 21-year-old or look for other options.
