Barcelona will not entertain Ansu Fati approach

Barcelona winger Ansu Fati has been linked with a summer move away from Spotify Camp Nou, with Manchester United interested.

According to a report from Fichajes, Manchester United are interested in signing Ansu Fati, But Barcelona have no intention to sanction the departure of the 20-year-old winger anytime soon.

The player has a contract with the Catalan club until the summer of 2027, and he has a €1 billion release clause. The Blaugrana are under no pressure to cash in on him, and it is highly unlikely that any club in the world will be able to trigger his release clause and force Barcelona to sell him.

The 20-year-old is highly rated at Barcelona and has a big future ahead of him. He is expected to develop into a world-class attacker, and Barcelona will not want to lose him anytime soon.

However, he has not been able to start regularly this season and that has fuelled speculations surrounding his future. The young winger has started just seven games in the league, and he needs to play more often in order to continue his development.

Fati is undoubtedly one of the most talented young players in Spain, and he has all the attributes to develop into a future star. Barcelona will be hoping that he can get over his injury problems and establish himself as a key player for the Spanish club in the coming months.

Summer signing Raphinha has not been able to perform at a high level consistently and Ousmane Dembele is always prone to injury problems. The 20-year-old is likely to get his opportunity soon and he will be hoping to grab them with both hands. And Xavi Hernandez has also ruled out a move to Manchester United for the youngster.

Manchester United are keen on signing Fati as they look to bolster their offensive unit. But a potential move to the Premier League might not be an exciting option for the player right now given the fact that he already plays for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

Furthermore, he will feel that he needs to develop further before taking the next step in his career. Staying at Barcelona is undoubtedly the best option for him right now, and Manchester United are unlikely to be able to convince him to join them anytime soon.
